What if cars ran on laughter?

US consumption of Iraq oil doubled over last two months. Most of it due to Venezuela. Not making any point here really, just thought it was interesting since you don’t really get much of this info on your local news. Or do you? I don’t have cable these days.

“Although Iraq rarely sells oil directly to American oil companies, Exxon Mobil Corp., ChevronTexaco Corp., Valero Energy Corp. and other U.S. firms have purchased more than half of Iraq’s oil through foreign middlemen since the oil-for-food program came into existence. Spokesmen for Exxon Mobil and Valero could not be reached for comment.”

Neal Pollack’s rant for everyone who has an opinion about the Iraq situation to shut the fuck up is a much funnier diversion however.

Nothing tops the Laughing Clubs of India for ultimate laughs though.
