It’s been three weeks and buildings in two apartment complexes in the ATL have gone up in flames.

About two months ago a school went up in flames.

A few years ago a building in the Cotton Mill Lofts burnt. That was a bad ass one, with a fireman hero.

What’s really interesting though is the fire department’s very 1996 style web page . They sure could use a facelift. I suspect the web sites of many fire departments across the nation are horribly neglected. What happens when users go to the web to report a fire and are confronted with bad UI? Lives are in danger here…

In other ATL city services you can now report a pothole online. Sweet.
