Critics of the ATL often deride the city for grossly lacking culture. Many scoff at the notion that the ATL has anything to offer besides a high octane bender in that George Lucas netherworld of hedonism, Buckhead. Well I ask you fine sirs and madams…does your city provide a cultural nexus as observed here in Centennial Park on any given sunny day? Sure there might be a flock of pigeons feeding the homeless, but where else might you observe so many indulging in a old fashioned game of chess?
