Happiness is a Crock

Back home now, feeling a cold coming on, sitting in a house full of boxes, without a kitchen or hot water, and mooching wireless from an unsuspecting neighbor.

Rest of the shows were all good, the most notable being St. Louis, where we played the awesome Pageant Theater to a rowdy crowd that liked to rock. All and all, very good times, but I don’t think I ever want to put 9,000 miles on a van in a single month again.

Things you might see advertised on I-70 between St. Louis and Denver:

* The worlds largest prairie dog
* Live rattlesnakes
* A six-legged steer
* Point of interest 1 mile ahead
* Roscoe the miniature donkey
* Jesus
* “Happiness is a Crock” sign on the side of a barn
* Pet the baby pigs
