National novel writing month, or “Nanwrimo” for a simple mouthful, will fire up Tuesday. So join me, as I start drinking on Nov. 1st in direct protest against writing anything in one month. I counter declare November, National Drinking Month, or Natdrimo, for short. Combine the two and win the Bukowski Medal of Freedom. Mine’s gonna be about this robotic vacuum cleaner that gets hooked on a space age psychedelic drug that his owner keeps spilling on the floor. I just made that up. I could run with it. It could be a novel.
