The Wolf Is Loose
Atlanta’s own metal sweethearts Mastodon have a new video for the “The Wolf Is Loose,” a single from the forthcoming “Blood Mountain.”
I’ll be damned if the first verse of this song at the very least doesn’t channel the Cro-Mags in their prime. This makes me want to slip on the punk rock body armour and go play in traffic. Bravo.

damn, i love that they’re not trying to do anything new, just hammurrrringgg out metal. i hear you on the cro mags reference, you can almost close your eyes and imagine the krishnas banging their bald heads
