Whatever, yuck yuck boy. You obviously had a hard time cashing that King Kong check, looks like you’ve barely been eating.

And actually Miles’ ‘Big Fun’ would be an amazing soundtrack to fight the Spanish Armada too. Nobody wants the artists to suffer, but the fatcat Industry dick some of you are suckin’ needs to be shaken up. Creating quality work is it’s own reward, and those who do so will be taken care of.

  2. Perhaps it could be a PSA in mocking-PSA-disguise, but I don’t think so.

No I think it’s legit and hiding behind the hip veneer of Alterna-nation (term copyright – A. Jones) packaging. The joke is: picture some Gen Y fucko seeing this and going ‘gee, I’m not gonna use any files I didn’t pay 100% for anymore, because Jack is right, he’s so funny and cool.’
BTW, I do think his presentation is funny and meaningful. But the message is archaic. The genie is out of the bottle. Time for the dinosaurs to reinvent the wheel if they want to stay so rich. How’s that for a ‘up by your own bootstraps’, ‘will to excellence’ credo-

‘Ayn Rand, Control, Deathkulture and the entire Corporate Oligarchy can lick my nutsack’ – Chi Li the ‘pirate’

  4. Or…the joke is on the formerly hip but aging Generation X that don’t even recognize irony anymore. Gasp!

Is this one ‘irony’? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJdjuj8wU-Q Funny yes, but not a joke. Even if I’m misreading the intention of this pithy genius, my sentiment is straight forward and sincere. ‘Corporation’ is the enemy and life and art outside of those bounds needs to be nurtured while it still exists. They are pattending genes for fucks sake! Within this century, realities will exist beyond any Orwellian nightmare.

Besides, everyone knows ‘Jack Black’ is actually a robot.

Also maybe you didn’t catch the New Line Productions, all rights reserved tag at the end. If you made money somehow off that pirated infomercial, they could try and sue you!
